• Drivers can rev up their 4×4 and cruise the hard-packed sands of Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area, the only stretch of California coast you can legally drive on. From November to February, thousands of monarchs cluster in the eucalyptus trees at the Pismo State Beach Monarch Butterfly Grove, so bring a camera for the orange flutter show.
• Dinosaur Caves Park, perched on the ocean bluffs, offers 11 acres of whimsical dinosaur-themed play areas, grassy knolls, and sweeping views of the Pacific.

Is there curbside pickup at NHC Grover Beach?

Yes. Grover Beach is our only location with curbside service, and it runs 9 AM to 7 PM daily. Just place a regular pickup order online or give us a call at (805) 201-1498. Then drive over between 9 AM and 7 PM, follow the curbside signage to our branded pop-up tent, and one of our team will bring everything right to your window. Everyone in the car needs to be 21 or older. Please note that curbside service is suspended during heavy rain or inclement weather.

Which NHC locations offer curbside pickup?

Just Grover Beach. Our Lemoore, Morro Bay, and Turlock stores don’t offer curbside, but you can still order ahead online at any of them, and we’ll have everything waiting for you inside. You’ll find the full rundown on our curbside service page.

What are NHC Grover Beach’s hours?

We’re open 7 AM to 9 PM every day. Curbside hours are a little shorter: 9 AM to 7 PM.

Does NHC Grover Beach offer delivery?

No, we don’t currently deliver from any of our four stores. You can order online or through the Friends of the Farm app and pick up at the shop whenever it suits you.

How far is NHC Grover Beach from Pismo Beach and Arroyo Grande?

We’re close to both. Arroyo Grande is about 2 miles east along West Grand Avenue, roughly a 3-minute drive, and Pismo Beach is a similarly short hop up the coast. Oceano sits just to the south.

Does NHC Grover Beach serve both recreational and medical customers?

Yes. Anyone 21+ with a valid government-issued photo ID (a driver’s license, state ID, or passport) can shop with us. Patients who are at least 18 can also enter and purchase with a state medical card or verified physician’s recommendation. If it’s your first medical visit, please bring a paper copy of your recommendation (no screenshots). California sets the limits on how much you can buy: 28.5 grams of flower and 8 grams of concentrate for adult-use, and 8 ounces of cannabis (dried flower or concentrated plant conversion) for medicinal. We can’t accept digital IDs, expired licenses, or temporary paper renewals.

How do I pay at NHC Grover Beach?

We accept cash, debit cards, and cashless prepay via Jane Pay. Debit transactions include a $3.75 fee, and some banks might charge extra according to their policies. For your convenience, on-site ATMs are also available. Unfortunately, federal regulations prevent us from accepting credit cards at this time, and we can’t currently process contactless payments like Tap to Pay or Apple Pay. Thank you for your understanding; we hope this policy will change in the coming years.

Is there parking at NHC Grover Beach?

Yes, parking is abundant and available at the store entrance. We strive to be a good neighbor and ask that you be careful not to block driveways or double-park when visiting.
